Class Schedule

Current schedule and class descriptions are available below:

What You Need to Know for Class:

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early for class.

  • The studio is located in a secured gym, you will be given instruction on how to enter after registering for class. 

  • Plan to wear close-fitting athletic clothing that allows you to move comfortably.

  • You will be barefoot, or if you choose to wear socks they must have sticky/grippy bottoms for safety. Plan to wear grippy socks if you are managing health conditions with your feet such as warts or athletes foot that would be contagious to others.

  • All classes start promptly and end on time.

Your pre-class step! Fill out a contact form and reach out to the studio with your interest in joining class. Share your goals and possible need for modifications (previous injuries or chronic conditions). We will determine together what class would be ideal for you, or if you would be best supported by a 1:1 session(s) prior to joining class. If you do not see a class day/time that you would like- please share what you would be interested in.

New! Beginner | Reformer + Mixed Equipment

Take root in the principles of Pilates and learn the fundamentals in this beginner class. Set-up, cueing and transitions will be taught for all exercises.

This All Levels class will nurture your knowledge of Pilates fundamentals and encourage growth by layering in challenge. Attending a beginner session(s) prior to these classes is recommended unless otherwise determined through discussion with studio.

Bloom

Explore intermediate Pilates exercises after being thoroughly rooted in Pilates fundamental work, principles and growing in your Pilates practice.

Pilates 1:1 and Semi-Private Sessions

Focus on your individual movement and wellness goals in a 1:1 or semi-private session. This is a great option if you are needing to rehab from an injury or working with a health chronic condition. This is also a safe and effective way to determine any adjustments or modifications needed before moving into a group class setting. â€‹

Perennial Strength for Seniors

This 50 min Reformer + Mixed Equipment Class focuses on maintaining mobility, building strength and balance. Do the things you love year after year! ​Expect instruction on set-up and cueing for all exercises, as well as modifications for aging joints and plenty of time for transitions. Please reach out with your interest and we can discuss session times that would work for you. We have a few snowbirds, and are looking for additional participants. Need min of 3 people to open class, we can explore options based on interest.​
