Service Description
Focus on your individual movement and wellness goals in a 1:1 or semi-private session. This is a great option if you are needing to rehab from an injury or working with a health chronic condition. This is also a safe and effective way to determine any adjustments or modifications needed before moving into a group class setting. What you need to know for class: Please arrive 5 minutes early for class. The studio is located in a secured gym, you will be given instruction on how to enter after registering for class. Plan to wear close-fitting athletic clothing that allows you to move comfortably. You will be barefoot, or if you choose to wear socks they must have sticky/grippy bottoms for safety. Plan to wear grippy socks if you are managing health conditions with your feet such as warts or athletes foot that would be contagious to others. All classes start promptly and end on time.Â
