Service Description
This class provides opportunity to do Pilates exercises on the reformer, tower, chair, mat and barrel. Each week we will focus on one of these apparatus, allowing you to become familiar with the exercises -or- start adding layers to challenge yourself and deepen your practice. Set-up, cueing and transitions will be taught for all exercises. Experience the many benefits of regular Pilates practice GROW for you! What you need to know for class: Please arrive 5 minutes early for class. The studio is located in a secured gym, you will be given instruction on how to enter after registering for class. Plan to wear close-fitting athletic clothing that allows you to move comfortably. You will be barefoot, or if you choose to wear socks they must have sticky/grippy bottoms for safety. Plan to wear grippy socks if you are managing health conditions with your feet such as warts or athletes foot that would be contagious to others. All classes start promptly and end on time.
